The location is the best part of this apartment! Very near to the beach and an easy 2 mile walk to the fort. The owner spoke great English and was helpful and responsive. The apartment was a good size. It also had a working washer. This is a good place for families, not 3 couples.

Dirty sheets, had to ask for towels and blankets, dogs barked all night, no mirror or lights in the upstairs guest bathroom and the tv didn't work even with a working remote.

1) situated in a half built, very neglected complex in a back alley in al Jadida which perhaps looked worst due to the time of the year that we have visited

I stayed in this villa and was very satisfied. The villa is clean and well-maintained, located just a few steps from the sea, which is very convenient. The price is really affordable compared to the quality offered. The owner is very welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.
