The owner responded quickly with a partial refund.
The list is too long. But, it is our fault for not doing more research on the place. But mostly the abundance of insects and cockroaches did it. As well, there was no lock on the front door, there were large wires sticking out of the walls, the kitchen floor had a puddle of water from the defrosted freezer, and the description and the photos are not accurate.
