Snowdon Retreat Villa by Seaside Llandudno

Spacious, nicely decorated, clean

Nothing to point out at this very time as only stayed for a night.

The property is located a few streets back from the promenade and convenient to amenities. It is well equipped and comfortably furnished. We appreciated the warmth and well functioning heating system for our early February stay.

The house itself was very comfortable. We were a group of 4 staying in a large property & were happy with kitchen , bathrooms, lounge etc. I suggest installing some grab rails in showers . Our big complaint regards waste management. In the front area there was one bin that was completely jammed full. We had to place the black bags on top of the bin. How would a larger group have fared? The response from the host was an indifferent note promising to clear bins within three days. This did not happen. The rear courtyard was in a very unkempt state. Bottles and cardboard from overfilled recycling bins were strewn about. This is basic hygiene and maintenance that should have been addressed.

The house was much more spacious than we were expecting from the pictures, yet it felt really cosy and homely. The location was absolutely perfect for travelling with tweens and teens, the promenade, shops, museums, beach, and restaurants were right on our doorstep. Access was super-easy with everything being explained by the host in message beforehand. We loved it.

The location was brilliant and the kitchen and bedrooms were great.

There were a few issues such as stained carpets downstairs loose sockets.

Rooms were large and well furnished

Only issue was the showers, we either had boiling hot or cold, couldn’t get the temperature right on any of the showers.

Location, amenities

The house was spacious and well equipped. My family and I enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

There were a few marks on the carpet and a few other blemishes here and there.

Beautiful house, excellent facilities and location was perfect! 100% recommend to anyone!!
