The location, the lady next door who made us feel welcome, the security, Jason and Keith were helpful.

I like this place so I'm not out to ruin the reputation of Jamnick. I told the staff about the things I think that needed to be addressed and I would definitely stay there again. I'd just like to add, I have worked in hospitality for many years, on a ship, in restaurants and at Wyndham hotel in new Kingston and one thing you have to accept, is the customer is always right so you have to find a way to address the issue in hand, without the customer feeling like they've done something wrong or they shouldn't have pointed out a particular issue.... and as my MD at Wyndham use to say, "empathy and showing a positive regard for your customers wins the day".

My little family of 3 absolutely loved every minute and everything about this condo. The location was superb, not too far from Ochi by car and with some good amenities close by. The complex is large but very clean, beautifully maintained and with some great neighbours/ locals. On site we loved using the pool, walking around the gardens and I even managed to pay for a tennis lesson with a visiting coach at the onsite court which was an added bonus as it wasn't very expensive but it was very good. The living room was cosy, the balcony was a great size and the bedrooms were perfect. It was wonderful to have washing facilities in the property and the kitchen was stocked well, with appliances and tools needed to prepare most dishes, even a blender which is rare in a European villa or condo rental. I raved about this place from the moment we arrived until recently and I will always tell people of our wonderful experience because it can be so hard to find the right place for your needs when travelling with a small child. Additionally Jamaica is also difficult because we are often fearful of being away from the tourist traps due to the scaremongering, so the hotels and the all inclusive places appear so enticing but if like us you want to experience a bit more authenticity in the country, not be bound to a hotel for weeks and would like some freedom then this is perfect. Your safety is not compromised, the security on site is super tight and everything you need, including a supermarket that opens on a Sunday also is right there. Keith and Jason were so friendly, professional and helpful and I was so happy that I made the choice to stay there and we will definitely be going back.

I would have loved the shower water to be hotter. It was lukewarm and for me that's just bearable.

We felt very safe as it was a gated community, environment was quite, clean and has beautiful plants, my kids enjoyed the pool that is on the compound as well as beach that was near by. Kfc, pizza hut and other food places were near by (about 10 mins away). A supermarket, a pharmacy and cooked meals are sold about 4 mins from the compound. Bunk bed was great to accommodate the children

oh wow! I just fell in love with the property. it's humongous, clean and well kept.

what I hate about the property, we couldn't take it to the USA with us.

the gust bathroom toilet didn’t work. the water pressure was so low that the guest bathroom shower no water was coming out. Everyone had to use the master bedroom and that was low too. The air conditioner went out also.
