AC unit in living room not functioning. AC unit in main bedroom was not cooling properly.

Keith was very aggressive and rude as a host.

We did not have Breakfast on the property

The water pressure in the bathroom and kitchen was low.

I like the security of the neighborhood. I like the feeling of my bed though comfortable for one night. I like the big tv in the living room.

Dirty bathrooms, broken toilet seats,dirty pots given to us to use, soiled linen on my bed,cracked cups and plates, 2 forks for party of five, shower facet that had to be manipulated to be turned off and we told the washer has to be replaced, no running hot water despite turning on the switch and waiting over 20mins for the ‘hot water’ to kick in, no garbage bags for the garbage bin till the next day it was taken to us. The garbage bin looks like it was used in a construction site, filthy looking. We were not comfortable leaving the house due to housekeeping and maintenance worker coming in to do damage control. The villa was totally unprepared for our visit despite reservations were made way before our visit, broken handle knife meaning no handle just the blade in the drawer although there was another knife that we used. Poorly managed villa. Unprepared uuuugghhhh. I would love to share my pics but it will be quite upsetting to any potential guests. I’ll keep them. The host, though receptive to my suggestions, he seems to be minimizing some of the issues that were quite obvious at the villa such as there’s a water issue at Richmond that causes the disgusting stains in the toilet bowl. There was none in the other bathroom and was told that the bowls have to be changed almost every six months. I have never heard of such nonsense!!!! Yuh mean all the occupants of that community change their toilet bowl almost every 6months. The host again offered a refund for the first night and to relocate us somewhere else. The condos offered can only accommodate 4 and I have a party of 5. Question: Do I have to pay for this relocation? Answer: Yes, it will cost more. Really??? Sarcastically upon checking out he said, “I heard that I have to give you $400 and I in turn responded “yes for the inconvenience for the first day and night”. I only got back my $200 cash deposit that has to be made upon arrival at the unit for any incidences.What about our inconveniences?Who comes first???

The house is very big, the air conditioner worked very well and all rooms and the living room have their own AC unit. The kitchen was fully dotated and had a full size refrigerator. The rooms are confy and the bathrooms also. The only point to improve are the the showerheads on both bathroom were very old and does not work well, but besides this small point everything was great. The unit in which the house is located is very big, so I suggest you rent a car to really enjoy the town, beaches and move to the pool or the small supermarket at the entrance.
