The location was perfect with tight security. Keith was attentive and worked hard to resolve any issues that were brought to his attention. The size of the property was spacious and beds comfy.. plenty of towels and fresh bed linen.

The AC units need replacing , the prooert is in need modernising.

The breakfast there was very good. They had a variety of stuff you can choose from and the prices are reasonable. It’s located at the entrance of Richmond, so to me it’s a quick drive from crest but a far walk. Also liked the fact that the grocery store was right there, next to the restaurant.

The washer and dryer not functioning properly was the only problem I really had but I spoke to the host about it so that shouldn’t be an issue anymore.

We stayed at two lovely villas side by side as a family of seven, and it was the perfect setup for us. Both villas were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed—from cooking utensils to washing facilities. The homes are located in a secure, gated community, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The area felt very safe, and the location was ideal for getting around and exploring. Keith was a fantastic host—professional, responsive, and incredibly patient as we navigated our own issues. He swiftly ironed out any minor concerns and always made sure we were comfortable. Jason was also great to interact with—friendly, professional, and quick to assist when needed. Both Keith and Jason were always on hand and made the experience feel seamless. The on-site LFA Country Store was a huge convenience, stocking most essentials you’d need during your stay. Keith also shared helpful local recommendations, including places to eat and visit. I personally recommend the Rooftop Bar & Grill in Salem—the next town over—for a great meal with a view. Puerto Seco Beach is another great option—a beautiful private beach located about 30 minutes away and well worth the trip. As an added bonus, Keith also offers car rentals at a great price, which makes getting around even easier. Would definitely recommend Jamnick Vacation Rentals and would happily stay again!

I liked the location, I liked the cost. The staff was of great assistance. The best thing I loved, the Country Store on the property where you can buy cook food was the absolute best!!! The stew beef and oxtail dinner, to me, the best on the island!!

It could have been cleaner. If you have a cleaning service come in and clean the place before another guest arrives then the place should be clean. However, I had issues with hair being left around the place, make-up all over the doors, tables not cleaned down properly. The cleaners need to do a better job. Then the general upkeep of the apartment needs to be looked at and addressed. Things like a fresh coat of paint, covering up cracks so ants aren’t coming thru, fixing the leaking refridge or wobbly toilet. To me, that is stuff that should be taken care of before your guest arrives. But other than that, it was ok. I just know, if I ever stay there again, I will be prepared to clean the place, myself, before unpacking.

I liked the location and safety of the facility. I liked the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, pool /leisure area and kitchen area. I was able to book this place last minute which I was grateful for due to my original booking being terrible. The owner was attentive and answered my questions.

There was an excessive amount of mosquitoes in the apartment which was uncomfortable because myself and family kept getting bites. Both bathrooms had leaks from the ceiling. It was hot!! The AC didn't work that well. The Wi-Fi was horrible! It never stayed on therefore we couldn't relax after having a day out and to come back to watch a movie. The refrigerator was leaking.

Location! It’s was in a safe and relatively quiet area, with easy access to main towns.

Nothing to dislike.

The accommodation was absolutely beautiful and amazing met all our needs good quality perfect environment for a relaxing holiday would definitely come again. It was a bit difficult to communicate with the manager as he was unable to take the payment through his devise on his side and I had to complete the payment myself via booking.com .it all worked out in the end .

Dustbin in kitchen was dirty and had rubbish in it on arrival Fridge had left over stuff in it also
