Lovely hotel, friendly owner. We used there tum tuk driver who was amazing

Very professional, friendly and caring hosts Mr.David, for taking care of airport pick up, touring us around Kulen mountain, 1000 linga, big buddha and tonley sap lake boat ride. Special thanks to his extremely nice good natured professional gentleman Mr.Pov Sem for touring us in his well maintained tuk tuk to tour all other important tourist spots during our entire stay in Siem reap. Room is quite large especially bath room is very nice. All tourists will like the professionalism of the skeleton staff in attending to the customers.

This hotel can achieve better results by adding a TV / changing some what broken side tables, keeping flip flops in the room, putting up nice sign boards from main road and also at the property. In addition adding some oats / different type of fruits / small deserts to the basic breakfast can help.

Staffs are very helpful and reliable. I booked villa but it is a room with big space

Wonderful boutique I am can said every booking here doesn’t find anthers all great.

Room bathroom or hot tub and location so quick WiFi pool side garden breakfast all working well.

Great stay I Siem reap. Clean rooms and clean bathroom. Nice balcony. Overall excellent.

Location

The only thing I liked was that the place is closer to the Giant Ibis bus station where I had to catch a morning bus.

I saw the cleaner and a manager only during my check in time. After that they disappeared forever. At night I wanted drinking water and I checked all over but couldn't find any one. In the morning, when I want to check out I couldn't find anyone and I just left the key at the reception and exit on our own. Actually I wanted them to help me call a taxi but finally I had to take a walk to the bus station. I don't recommend this place.

Dany was nice to make our stay comfortable

TV was not working and response from owner was pathetic, he did not mind to fix that and every time we communicated with him, there was simple answer company is not giving this or that service so he would try to fix. He could charge less if facilities are not working well. Even when we reached room was not ready and this is very frustrating. I made my complain through booking which can be reviewed to support my feedback.

Strong internet, lovely pool, much quieter than central Siem reap, has a homie feel to it like an air bnb, onsite restaurant offers tasty Khmer style food. Everything within easy reach by tuk tuk walk back from pub street took about a half hour many supermarkets enroute with cheap supplies

Tv has a wide range of channels from Asia but only a couple in english byo entertainment. Food lovely here but portions are tiny for a big westerner who eats a lot.
