LKOwner was there to welcome and introduce villa facilities
Road access was very narrow. Villa assisted us by carrying luggage coz vehicle could not reach the villa
BELeek ons een leuk verblijf, maar konden er helaas niet van genieten…
We verheugden ons erop om hier te verblijven, maar kregen op het laatste moment te horen dat er sprake was van een dubbele boeking, waardoor we uiteindelijk niet konden verblijven. We werden gevraagd om de reservering zelf te annuleren, maar dat ging gepaard met een boete. De eigenaar wilde de boeking zelf niet annuleren, waardoor we het via de klantenservice van Booking.com moesten regelen. Dit leidde tot onnodige zorgen en het op het allerlaatste moment een nieuwe accommodatie moeten zoeken, terwijl deze reeds bevestigd was en veel andere geschikte opties inmiddels niet meer beschikbaar waren. We hadden dit één keer kunnen toeschrijven aan pech, maar het is ons nu tweemaal achter elkaar overkomen, zowel bij de accommodatie in Hiriketiya als bij Ahangama. Dat is helaas geen toeval meer, maar een duidelijk probleem. Aanbevolen om vooraf altijd te controleren of de kamers daadwerkelijk beschikbaar zijn; dat bespaart je veel gedoe met Booking en het last‑minute zoeken naar alternatieven.

very steep walk to the house. tuk tuk car can’t drive up to the door. for people has bad knee or elders or when it’s raining not convenient

We were asked to pay in cash on arrival but this was not mentioned in the listing. We were then told to go to the cash machine to get cash because there was no way of paying by card. After a few minutes of refusing to pay cash a card machine appeared that worked perfectly.
CHLa disponibilité et gentillesse du propriétaire. L’emplacement à 5 min à pieds des plages. Le Lions juste en bas pour le petit déjeuner / dîner. Le rapport qualité / prix de la maison.
L’arrivée est peu glamour. Les portes sont bizarres (il manque des poignées). Les douches sont pas top.
FRLa maison est parfaite, grandes pièces bien équipées et belle décoration. L' emplacement top,. La communication avec le gérant est très facile, réponse rapide. Super séjour pour nous merci !
