Die sogenannte Villa war in einem sehr schlechten und unsauberen Zustand, wir hatten Sie für 7 Tage gebucht und sind nach 2 Tagen wieder ausgezogen.

We arrived and discovered a burnt out BBQ and cooking ware that was not fit for purpose. We insisted this was replaced. The beds were uncomfortable and dipped in the middle. On the last 2 days there was no water and we came back from a day out to discover smoke and burning smell from an electrical point . The lights sparked and blew in some areas . We were very scared and the security came to turn mains off but had no solution. The owner did not respond to any messages or calls that evening . The ‘pool’ man came he told us he was not an electrician but attempted to switch the electric at 10.30pm. The place was unsafe and we would not recommend anyone staying here.

Very high cleaning charge 2800 bhat. And the property was not clean when we arrived. Hair all over the place stains on the floors and walls. Run down quite a bit. They also tried to make us pay electric altough it doesn’t mention it on the listing anywhere. Booking.com told us not to pay it but they still tried to force us to pay.

ATOur stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking sea view and the stunning infinity pool that blended seamlessly with the ocean. The surrounding nature was so peaceful and beautiful. The villa itself was very spacious and perfect for our large group of friends. We really appreciated the fantastic high-speed internet. While the furniture is a bit dated, it was very comfortable, and most importantly, all the beds had brand new mattresses, so we all slept great. Considering the low price per night and all these amenities, this villa offers incredible value for money. The host was very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely love to come back!
The stay was excellent, with the only minor drawback being that the walls could use a touch-up in some places.
