AUThere's very little to say about the positive other than we had a roof over our head for one night. The pool was nice and the view was ok. Would be a good stay for a big group.
Just read the reviews before you book and know that you will be required to pay for electricity use and the possibility of a 10000bht security bond. And there is currently construction going on around the area so it's pretty noisy during the day.

Maintenance required (smelly drains, broken toilet seats) The beds and other furniture are below expectation for such a villa and price level. Additional electricity charge.
PL-Nice view from open kitchen and pool area - barbecue - 2 bedrooms with nice view (one without any view) - clean swimming pool
- Poor quality of almost everything (details matter!!!) - very cold and deep swimming pool. No sun on the swimming pool all day (during our stay was sunny and air temperature was 25 at night and 28 Celsius degrees during the day) and we couldn't use it with pleasure 😭 - No internet during our stay; I reported this issue but received no will to fix it. As a result, I had to purchase an additional mobile internet package on my own. - There was a lack of hot water in the main bedroom bathroom. - lack of hair dryer (no will to fix the problem) - No privacy due to an unexpected visit from the staff during the day. - An unexpected extra charge for electricity; I could not find it in policy or description regarding this at the property. - The toilet seats appeared to be of cheap quality (wrong dimensions and poorly attached). - A new construction project is underway directly in front of the villa!!! - 10 000 THB of deposit in cash (no flexibility with the check-out) - smelly and unuseful living room - hard mattresses on queen beds - no door to enter the swimming pool area and kitchen. Once we needed to clean the floor from some animal poop. Strange noises during the night.
