Bath tub is very high and needs to be anchored to the floor as it tips as you get out of shower

The view. The tranquility. The hospitality (great communication). The simplicity and relaxation element. Perfect.

The shower over bath is a bit tricky for people with bad knees. Have to be VERY careful getting in and out.
