Summer Villa

It was nice and quiet. There was everything that was needed in the place.

Awesome location and view! Crystal was a pleasure to deal with and her parents were warm and welcoming, and happy to impart lots of useful information about the surrounding areas. On their recommendation, we deviated from our original plan and went to Oudtshoorn, which ended up being a highlight of our trip.

My only requests would be for a UPS for the wifi (although Crystal mentioned that this has already been ordered) and for an additional load-shedding torch as we only had one to share between us.

The accommodation had everything we needed. The hosts were super friendly. The views from the unit were wonderful. Completely met our expectations.

The lack of integrity from the hostess, that I've had to follow up on the breakable refund after 30 days from check out date. I paid this deposit immediately before check in. Why would I need to beg for what is due to me? To date, not refunded. No apology, instead being brushed off, does not keep the promise.
