Villa Magdalena Calvia

Die Villa ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen, abseits des Touristentrubels. Die Ausstattung ist liebevoll gestaltet, für alles ist gesorgt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahegelegenden Ort sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, weiter entfernte mit dem Fahrzeug. Die Aussicht ist großartig in die grüne Umgebung und den hübsch angelegten Garten. Der schöne Pool bietet herrliche Abkühlung. Es gibt eine riesige Terrasse mit verschiedenen, schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Die Finca liegt sehr schön, ruhig und abgeschieden an einem Berghang.

The villa was in a beautiful location amongst the trees and was very quiet and peaceful. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and relax. Calvia village is a 10 minute walk and has a couple of small shops for essentials. Car hire is a definite requirement.

The villa has numerous steps and stairs both inside and outside which is fine if you are able bodied however my husband has mobility problems and struggled to get around. The driveway is quite tricky and very steep, I hired a mid sized car which was ok but still quite a tight fit.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Magdalena in Calvià. Das Haus war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es war wirklich alles an Geschirr vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight und die Lage einfach toll, ruhig und dennoch gut gelegen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Dezember war für uns die perfekte Reisezeit.Alles war so ruhig und man musste nirgends anstehen. Das Wetter war um diese Jahreszeit wunderschön.

Absolutely loved the privacy of this place! Travelled with my 2 daughters so was a little worried about how isolated it would be. It’s very remote and we didn’t hire a car but found that Uber are very reliable (expensive) but if your only planning to leave the villa for shopping or a day out then it’s fine. Hosts were fab and very helpful, Villa had everything you could need, the supermarket in the village had all the essentials too, had a butcher and fresh bread and a freezer full of Ice. Pool was great, clean and lovely and not cold at all. The inside of the Villa was lovely and cool, cosy of a evening. The goats were added entertainment throughout the day but were no bother at all. Overall a fab Villa, even better with a car, but will definitely use this place again

The location of the villa is perfect for a relaxation vacation. Incredibly tranquil and peaceful, no immediate neighbours but also very easy to drive to surrounding areas.

It is a little annoying that you have to drive your rubbish bags to another town but we took a lot day trips anyway so it wasn’t a big inconvenience.

Gorgeous villa in quiet and lovely country town of Calvia. Comfortable house and beds. The outdoor areas, pool, patio and fire pit were particularly lovely although it was too chilly to enjoy the pool. It’s a secure gated property. The hosts made sure we found the home by meeting us for check in and were accessible for questions. I would DEFINITELY recommend this property for 2+ travelers. Great beaches nearby. Don’t miss the vintage train to Soller.
