The apartment is exactly like on the pictures. The pool is amazing and it has the best views over Chania. It is very spacious for two people. The host is very responsive and he made us feel at home. I would recommend it without doubt.

The only downside is that the main bathroom is a bit small, but it is definitely sufficient.

> Host : Ioannis was an excellent host, provided valuable information on the entire Chania region, with a 4 pages list of recommendation of beaches / museum / attractions / roundtrips available within the region. Was always available by phone and/or text when last minute information were required, and was here to meet us in person with a basket of local goodies (wine, honey, etc.) > Accommodation // Sleeping : Hidden on hills and providing a direct view on the old bay of Chania, the villa is divided in 3 floors (ground / 1st/ 2nd) the villa itself is on the 2nd floor, accessible through a hidden staircase on the side of the ground floor. The villa itself can host up to 5 individuals with 3 beds (1 king size + 2 individuals + 1 individual sleeping on the couch). > Accommodation // Living : The villa itself had a plethora of technological goodies (eg : Sound system + Projector + Smart box) to pass some good evening to watch a movie or even put some music to enjoy the nice weather of Chania. 3 outside terrasses (2 giving a view on the old bay and one toward the pool for privacy) with furniture's available. The kitchen is well equipped both in term of devices (boiler / toaster / dishwasher) but also in term of cutlery, plates, etc. To make easy meals for 2+ individuals without hassle. Upon request with the host, a cleaning service can be required to change bedsheets / clean the living areas. (Available, but not requested during our stay). > Outside and Pool : Excellent furniture's to casually sun tan on all terrasses, the pool runs an automated system for circulating the water, but is however NOT heated, so be ready for a frisky dive in colder seasons. If required, some material is available to surface clean if bugs are floating on the surface.

> Amenities 2 bathrooms available, unfortunately that were rather small, but after discussion with the host, future renovation work will be done to expand both of them. > Environment This is not toward the host but the region itself for future users, if you are not a frequent driver, the area is prone to steep slopes and big height differences which can be tricky to navigate.

The villa is amazing and is located in a wonderful vantage point towards the sea. The pool is of high quality, the rooms are really good and Yoannis, the host, helped us not only enjoy the hospitality but also directed us where we should go to enjoy all the best that the Chania area has to offer. .

Beautiful location, incredible house with amazing views, amazing host who was so helpful and kind. Loved loved loved it here and will hopefully be back someday!

Very impressive property with spectacular views! Private swimming pool was great and the host Ioannis was very warm and friendly, even helped me with the luggage. He also gave plenty of recommendations of places to visit and see or where to eat locally and further away which was very helpful! Not far to Chania town in the car and a few local cafes and shop in walking distance.
