Отличное расположение. На байке минут 15 до серф спотов и до Куты минут 10. Рядом Мандалика. Сам дом чистый с хорошим ремонтом, соответствует фотографиям. Есть горячая вода (бойлер), кондиционер, хороший WiFi (работали удаленно, хватало). Никаких дополнительных платежей. Очень вежливый и приятный хозяин. Решал все возникающие проблемы очень оперативно. При этом помог и с трансфером и с байками за рыночную стоимость. С радостью вернёмся сюда ещё. Отличное место на долгий период

Надо иметь в виду: 1) Это вариант для тех у кого есть машина или байк. Без них крайне сложная логистика 2) Территория у дома маленькая. Загорать не получится 3) Дома есть муравьи (как и везде в этом регионе). Если вы их боитесь или переживаете, то заранее попросите владельца обработать дом/оставить средства. Дома кроме муравьев с нами жила ящерица Токи. Ящерицам было только рады)) Обращаю внимание, что это не минусы, а нюансы, которые нужно учитывать. Жилье очень понравилось.

Very nice, new house for exclusive use with a garden, which is quite rare in the Kuta area. The internet Is good for online working. The owner made sure everything was okay,he is very friendly and extremly helpful whenever needed. I’ve stayed in other places in Kuta, and this one definitely stood out. Overall I’ve had a great stay and extended it for over two weeks.

The Villa is really nice, the owner is very responsible stays on top of every need.

The roads to get to it are very bumpy, the island Government need to improve them.

We had a wonderful stay at the Luxe Villa Hery is incredibly kind and generous with his time. He organised transport from the port, scooters on arrival and gave us many recommendations for our time in Lombok. The room was perfect with good aircon, a kitchen for cooking and all the amenities one needs for a self catered stay. The location although 10 minutes from Kuta Town by scooter was exactly what we were looking for with peaceful surroundings, an authentic local vibe and good Internet and mobile connectivity. The local dogs were an added bonus keeping us company in the evenings and greeting us each time on arrival.

Ich hatte eine wirklich schöne Woche hier. Hery, der Besitzer ist super nett und hilfsbereit – alles lief total unkompliziert. Mein Zimmer war riesig (mindestens 40 qm), es war sauber und der WLAN-Empfang war durchgehend stark. Die Lage ist ruhig, etwa 10 Minuten von Kuta entfernt, aber über den Besitzer lässt sich problemlos ein Scooter organisieren, der direkt zur Unterkunft geliefert wird (ca. 3,60 € pro Tag, was preislich echt in Ordnung ist).

If want to be near to the most beautiful beach and still near to Kuta + komfort this one is the one! The host Hery is super helpful and friendly! You can rent a good scooter from him, the villa is super clean and spacious looking in the djungle. Bed is super good! Hot shower, clean bath, toilet with flush, big mirror, hairdryer, lamps to read, nice interior and slick decoration, etc. To Kuta ~15min scooter ride. But: nearer than Kuta to good beaches and surf spots! And more quiet more in nature than kuta..

I liked pretty much everything, to optimize one could write down the things to offer and the prices on a list so it's easier for tourist to choose what they need or want. But everything is possible: scooter, helmet, laundry, airport transport, pick up transport, etc One could add shower gel / shampoo (i had my own)
