Świetna willa na wypoczynek, spokojna okolica, super lokalizacja jeżeli chodzi o zwiedzanie. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel Andreas. Na pewno tam jeszcze wrócimy. Gorąco polecam

Lovely villa, lots of room, good pool, lots of space outside, any problems were sorted straight away and thoughtful food welcome pack

Could of done with dustpan and brush and maybe a mop

Andreas was very welcoming and serviced the property every other day. The villa and surrounding ground are beautiful and we would definitely come back with the family when wee ones are a bit older to enjoy the night life !! We did love the location for access to bus and supermarkets and the beach.

The only one negative was the sports bar at end of the road which could be very loud and noisy til small hours of the morning which disturbed little ones. Appreciate people are on holiday though and want to have fun. People with young families should be aware of this before booking.

Location and the swimming pool were great.

A few slats on the bed were missing ( fell through twice) but luckily only one person using the bed so we made sure the slats were complete the side she slept on.

Everything was amazing. We had the best holiday. Location was perfect. Close to shops, beaches and restaurants. Easy bus route.

The privacy of the villa was ideal. The space and pool were excellent. Walking distance to sea front and a few bars/restaurants. Bus stop not far if didn't want to drive to Kato Paphos. The owner was friendly, available/contactable and helpful. Amenities pack on arrival was nice touch. WiFi worked great. Air conditioning in every room was a god send in the heat.

Some of the furniture was very old, like the older set of chairs by the pool were coming apart, not enough sunbeds really for the amount of guests it can sleep and some of the beds springs can be felt. The other thing is the downstairs bedroom does not have blackout blinds like the upstairs, so it was a rather early rude awakening with the light streaming in. It just needs a refresh and attention to some details. But really minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One major issue was the ants but we addressed this with the owner and he provided an adequate solution in a timely manner.

It was an unforgettable holiday in a wonderful place and Andreas is one of the nicest people! The location of the villa gives pleasant privacy. Large well-kept area, excellent swimming pool which was cleaned every second day. Working air conditioners in every room and enough bathrooms for a large group. A pleasant surprise was the presence of some products in the fridge.

Minor notes such as one of the lamps above the dining table did not work, the knives needed sharpening, there was a washing machine but no washing detergent. My wishes to the owners are to gradually replace small household appliances, since most of them are already outdated and do not function as they should.
