Great position near to bars and tavernas and close to a bus stop with a cheap bus to get to all attractions. Loved the pool for a cool down and the rooms were all spacious and well equipped. Showers powerful (you need to press a switch beforehand to get the best pressure) and lots of helpful and kind groceries to get us started as we arrived late Saturday (bread, milk, cheese, bacon, eggs, fruit) which we were very grateful for. Pool serviced every other day and we were met on arrival (even though it was almost 11pm) so we were told how to use everything. Wonderful stay- thank you!

If you didn’t remember to press the shower switch you had to wait 10 to 15 mins but you’re on holiday so no worries! The oven door was a little loose but we got the hang of it and didn’t mention it while we were there.

A lot of space

Very spacious. Great kitchen, living and outside space. All four bedrooms were of a good size. Nice pool. Really liked the private parking. Three bathrooms, again all good size, were a bonus. Excellent location in close proximity (driving) to major historic sites, Pafos Harbour and lots of restaurants in all directions. Host was very responsive and helpful with any issue we had.

Ideally could have done with more blankets for the beds. Property was very difficult to find when we arrived late at night. Would be easily remedied with references to Dempro Real Estate opposite entrance and/or indication of the restaurant, pottery and car rental businesses on either side of the driveway. 🙂

location was good for us as we new the area, views are unreal from balcony especially at night, we used car hire at bottom of drive. also bus stop is 2 mins walk, the bars next to villas are really nice especially barracas bar. new horizon pub do really nice food aswell both 2 mins walk from villas.

beds in master and downstairs double rooms need looking at i like a firm mattress but they are next level firm. also there is no satalite tv or hot tub which is are on the descruption for booking.com it doesnt really need them but not having them after saying it does, isnt a great look

The villa was amazing. Plenty of room, the pool, place to chill outside, tv, clean and spacious kitchen. The host was so nice and helped if needed, he even let an extra person to stay. Location was perfect. Few shops nearby and close to the city. Easy to check in and out.

Ants and cockroaches, but we didnt mind it.

Nice villa on nice grounds

The ground floor was full of ants and spiders. They were everywhere on the stove top , in the cheese toaster , on the couches. There were spider webs on some of the chairs.

Calm area, nice pool, close to amenities. Great for a small family

I'm pretty big man and sometimes some showers are not easy for me to get it,,😅 but it's more like my issue as I normally do not remember about this issue:)

Clean villa, great location, good facilities, great for kids

The pool wasn't clean for our arrival which was the only disappointment but Andreas did resolve this as there was a technical issue.
