Nayia Paradise - Luxury and Private 5BR Villa for 10 - Huge Pool - Panoramic Sea Views

I liked the privacy. No noise disturbances and no complaints. Peaceful setting with a dynamic view of the sun setting every evening. What a pleasure not to be missed with a glass of wine. You can sunbathe on a balcony or by the pool otherwise it is a car journey to the beach.

Fantastic villa, lots of space, well equipped kitchen, living room and 5 bedrooms, all rooms have private bathroom. The outdoor area ha everything necessary for cooking, playing or resting. There were 10 of us in total, children aged 4-16, everyone was entertained. We really enjoyed the beautiful sunset and the vacation in the villa. The host Tasos is genuinely caring and very helpful and friendly.

A spacious, extremely comfortable very well equipped Villa in a stunning location. When the sun set over the sea we were truly in paradise! Myself, my husband, our 3 grown up children and their families had the most fantastic holiday with lazy days around the huge pool, Picnics on the beach, shopping for local produce and barbecuing or eating in the many really good restaurants not too far away. From the moment We booked,Tasos, the owner was very helpful and patient (We gained 2 more babies since we first booked!) He provided cots, fold up beds, stair gates, bed guards etc which was so helpful with all our grandchildren. Tasos,thank you! You are a brilliant host! We were all sad to leave but hopefully we will return soon.

Amazing villa with everything you need for a great holiday.Nothing was too much trouble for tasos the owner and he helped make our holiday fantastic. Great remote location with stunning views . As a family it's the best holiday we have ever had and we did not want to leave. We are 100% going to return soon.

10 adults spent a lovely week here. All rooms had an en suite and were spacious so there were no arguments over who had the best room! The owner was there to great us when we arrived and was flexible with regard to check in and check out times. We can find no faults at all - everything you could ask for was provided. Great value for money.

It was a good 30 mins walk to the village with its shops and bars so a car was essential.

Amazing location with beautiful views and the host was very accommodating with our late arrival. Plenty of necessities were provided as we had children and didn't arrive until late. The villa has everything you could possibly need and would definitely look to return here in future.

This was everything you would expect from a Villa that has a rating of almost 10. It was very well matched with price and comfort ratio, host is super friendly and helpful. Best 2 weeks we couldve asked for.

The only thing I have to say is that they should build an outside sauna!

The villa was amazing it had everything our group needed. We loved playing pool and ping pong. From the villa you can see the sea and the sunset and sunrise where amazing. The swimming pool was cleaned often and it was really nice to swim in the morning.

The house was clean and spacious, with plenty of room and patio space to spread out, The pool was fantastic, large, warm,, the water was always crystal clear, and plenty of pop-up canopies for extra shade. The house is tucked away in the farm fields, so peaceful and quiet, but an easy drive to Paphos, markets, and the coast. The host, Tasos, is great, friendly and very helpful. On the second day, the power went out, and Tasos contacted me within moments to check how we were doing, he then contacted the local utility and then let me know it was an area outage and that they were working on it. The power was back on in about 10 minutes. The kitchen has plenty of plates, utensils, and cookware, and two refrigerators, which was very convenient, one for food and one for drinks. I didn't use the gas grill but did put the charcoal fired rotisserie grill to use; lamb, chicken, ribs, and fresh veggies! very delicious! After being out for the day exploring Paphos and the various ancient ruins, or going to the beach, we all always looked forward to returning to the house for a relaxing evening of pool lounging, drinks, and games.

Cannot think of any negatives, my entire group enjoyed their stay.
