Nayia Paradise - Luxury and Private 5BR Villa for 10 - Huge Pool - Panoramic Sea Views

The pictures do not do this villa enough justice, it's huge. The host was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. There were 9 of us in the Villa, ranging from 15 to 48, we all had a great time. The games area was an added bonus. Wi-Fi was good. Kitchen had every appliance, utensil & crockery item you can think of. Location of the villa was perfect for us as it was out the way of the main areas but still about 10-15 mins by car to get to places. Car is essential for this Villa! All-in-All we had a great time and would definitely go back if we visit Cyrpus again.

good location nice and private on the mountain and the views was exceptional the place is massive in real life spacious very comfortable and always fresh towels the owner tsos came to say hello what a guy so polite and accommodating there is nothing he won’t do for you just a message or call away came over to show us how to use the barbecue had a coffee with us top man made our stay even better

The villa has everything you need to have a good vacation, all rooms are with ensuite bath so each on have his/her privacy. pool has a fence surrounding it, perfect to families with small children. great host, was very caring. I gave it 3/4 for location cause it is indeed isolated (need a car to arrive) from the city, ~10min drive to the nearest supermarket and the beach, ~20min drive to the city, some will consider it an positive but for some it might be negative. we liked it.

Water heater has to be turn on manually with 2h timer, on cloudy days we had to wait a bit to take a bath, but not critical, after that water were hot.

The villa is fantastically well equipped and Tasos, the owner, is very welcoming and friendly. All of the rooms are spacious and we very easily fit 3 kids and 6 adults in. There is plenty of entertainment, pool table, foosball table, table tennis table and the really well sized pool (big enough for kids to play whilst adults lounged on lilos!). The kitchen has lots of kit, from popcorn maker to health grill and all the usual appliances you'd expect, as well as two fridge freezers, should you need them (we didn't!). There's some great BBQ equipment, with powered rotisserie skewers to boot. It's a very large, very nice place to stay!

You definitely need a car. Showers were a little wimpy, but I'm nit-picking - it's a fantastic villa.
