Excellent host who was very communicative and even made last minute changes for our group which were much appreciated. The villa is very spacious and all rooms very large. It has great views and despite what other reviews state, the hill is not that difficult - most taxi's were happy to take us up and Grab delivery's all came up. To walk it took 3-4 minutes and was steep, but not too bad at all. The villa manager Mr Ton was great - he helped out group with good tips and looked after us. He and his team also kept the villa secure, clean and cooked us an amazing lunch and breakfasts! Thanks Ton! The only room for improvement would be to put an AC unit in the communal lounge area as this would get very hot, but then again this is Thai style villa. 10/10 all round in all other aspects, thanks!

Loved that we had the whole place to ourselves. We came for a bachelorette trip and this place was just perfect. It became like our home away from home. We stayed here for a total of 5 nights. The caretaker Tan was really sweet and helpful. Made our stay more comfortable! Location is perfect - just 15mins cab ride away from the main bangla street and patong beach.

There is quite a bit of a steep climb to the villa. Because of this, it was hard to get cabs and tuktuks as they would refuse to go all the way up. And the climb was too much to walk it up everyday
