Heavenly Villas

It was very big and spacious and the host was very helpful throughout the whole stay. He checked on us and made sure we were safe.

The location was hard not being able just to go out to the street easily as it had the steep driveway. A lot of taxi and tuk Tuks didn’t want to drive up the top.

A bit run down but it comes with a fantastic view! Tuk (the villa manager) is very attentive and a funny fella!

A bit far off: most tuk-tuk's will not drive up the hill and some grabs (similar to uber eats) cancelled their deliveries.

Such a gorgeous property. Ideal for a large family vacation. We were 6 couples that included 2 sets of senior parents. The villa can accommodate a total of 16 people in 8 specious rooms. The villa is well equipped with utensils, crockery etc if anyone wishes to cook. We made our own breakfast on 4 out of 5 days. The private pool is the best. The entire family gathered around in the evenings. Had a wonderful time. There were some issues but if they are addressed, the villa will really attract many people and I would also recommend it ONLY IF the basic issues of transport, ac etc are resolved. The owner Nam was in touch and constantly resolved any issues i had. Tuk, Soy and the other lady were all very warm and nice.

1. The villa is at a height on top of a hill. All tuk tuks, cars and vans refused to go up. With aged parents we had a really tough time. Even for youngsters it's difficult. Imagine taking a nice massage and coming back to only climb 2 steep slopes to reach the villa. Big disadvantage. The owner must find a solution to this. 2. There was no AC in the living and dining area. We travelled in April and it was hot as hell. There were 2 ceiling fans that worked at the speed of maybe less than 5 kmph. So a central aircon is a must. The guest should also be considerate and ensure that when the ac is on, they close all doors so as to not damage the ac. 3. The ac in my room had a leak all night and damaged my phone. I now need to get it repaired. The owner was kind enough to call someone and have it addressed. Maybe these things should be checked before handing over the villa to the guests. 4. There is no lift in the villa so all the luggage needs to be lifted and taken to the rooms.

The Villa has an amazing view and the operator Tuk is an excellent host. He is there for all your needs and is lovely. Overall it was a wonderful villa.

The beds are very firm and the driveway up to the villa is difficult for some cars to come up.

We had a fantastic time at the Heavenly Villa. The place was clean, the pool was nice and there was even a pool room. There was a bathroom in every room which is great for a big group. The house manager, Tuk took great care of us. He went above and beyond to help us book tours for a discounted price and was available 24/7. Very accommodating and also gave advice on what to do/where to go.

No hot water for shower

The location is central, the property is great and views are breathtaking.

Most taxis had issues reaching the property as google maps isn't accurate and we had to manually direct them. At night time we had trouble finding the right street as it's quite narrow. Better instructions are required and a heads up that taxis will need direction. The onsite representative of the host gave us some misleading (and expensive) information. I would recommend guests suss out their own options (for transport and food).

The shower stopped working after 2 days

The villa care taker (his name was Tuk), was amazing. He was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He made our family holiday an amazing experience. He organised everything we needed and check on us regularly. My elderly parents were with us and he even organised a driver that would come up the steep driveway and pick them up. When some drivers wouldn't. He made us feel special. In a great location. Close to markets. But away from the busy Patong Beach. Easy to get everywhere by Tuk-tuk.

The water ran out daily and had to be pumped up to the house. So we had too wait to have showers on some days. Tuk kept us informed and was very apologetic.
