An amazing gem. Stunning architecture. Certainly very Italian including thoughtfulness around most things .

The doors and windows could do with minor repairs. A monkey was able to open monkey net and another opened middle section of kitchen window and stole a mango and yoghurt from the fridge. Hilarious though Also it's impossible to eat out in gazebo as the monkeys won't leave you alone Having mosquito netted windows will be helpful as we could not keep them open despite the heat . The mosquito nets provided do not fit the beds and have gaps. I was bitten by mosquitoes seriously There were four of us. We struggled with having only one shared bathroom . Possibly an outdoor one by the pool ? Just thinking out loud

Everything. This was our 2nd trip here, and everything was perfect. Faith is the most amazing host. She booked an unforgettable snorkeling day trip for us. The villa and grounds were cleaned Monday-Saturday every morning. Literally everyone is so welcoming, and friendly. A quick walk to the beach, or a few minutes by tuk tuk to the supermarket, or multiple restaurants on the beach. Our home away from home ❤️

We loved everything about the property. The house was just beautiful. It was a good size and exactly as shown and described in the pictures. We chose it because of privacy and it provided just that. Faith, who is the welcoming hostess is absolutely outstanding. She was helpful and responsive to any queries raised. The cleaning team were very good throughout our stay. The property engages a masseuse named Leah and OMG, she is absolutely fantastic. The property is close enough to the beach, shops and a walking distance to a beautiful restaurant, that is worth a visit.

I would say that if you can’t swim, this may not be the Villa for you because the pool is quite deep, but you can still enjoy it to some degree. However there’s absolutely nothing that we didn’t like about the property, except that we had to leave and go home…..

The location is superb and the facilities are perfect for a get away by the sea. It is a very secure area and the chef is fantastic.

The site says check out is between 10 and 10.30am. A team came in at 10.10am and we were pushed out due to another family going in. This was incredibly rushed and would be easily solved by someone communicating this request prior. It was quite strange as Faith was wonderful when we met her during check-in.

Location, privacy, space, pool, services, safety. We had a Private chef Mooses (excellent one! Really recommend) and massager Lea (best body massage ever!).

Only bedrooms have AC.

This House is amazing - price value compared. You have your complete privacy in a luxury villa with a close access to the wonderful beach in a distance of 300m.

Nothing new, as many guests are making the same statement in the reviews: The last last last thing to make this house super perfect, is an AC in the living room. We tried to cook two times at home, but this is almost impossible with the temperature in the living room with open kitchen w/o AC

Was a nice house with a pool, ac in the sleeping rooms

There were only two beds at the pool althogh u can book for 4 Person. The pool was very turbid, although they put much chlorine inside, so we couldnt really use the pool for the whole time. The pool boys came but couldnt solve the problems. No one told us before. So when we were in the pool it was not good for eyes and ears...and they Just said sorry for that ....thats it. so it wasnt funny anyways. Take care of the monkeys....they take everything away.
