The location was perfect! The pictures are exactly what we got.

The pool is not friendly. The monkeys gave us a hard time. There were blockages in the sink and bathroom. The heater has a bit of a problem. At least consider slippers for guests for the bathroom.

My stay was wonderful. The environment was incredibly relaxing, providing a perfect escape. The beautiful surroundings and thoughtful design of the space were truly inspiring, sparking creativity and a sense of tranquility throughout my stay. Every moment was enjoyable, from the comfortable accommodations to the amenities provided. The host's attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, and rejuvenating retreat. I can't wait to return for another stay!

Exactly as described, The villa is spacious, well equipped and very attractive, The grounds are lovely with a large pool (and deep for real swimming and diving) which was cleaned every day. The outdoor rooms were the highlight, very comfortable seating, a barbecue kitchen and dining table. it was lovely, but keep an eye on the monkeys as they get a bit too friendly and will steal your food if you are not careful, but they are safe. A small one used to wait to greet us every morning on the kitchen window sill and then come to the glazed door to see us. The locals love and protect their monkeys. They say "they were here first". They encourage everyone not to feed the monkeys. There is enough food in the part of the forest in the garden (plus anything they can steal!). Delightful! Faith was our host and very helpful along with our cleaner, Mary. Everything was sorted and nothing too much trouble. We had a chef, Lorna, who we asked to make only African meals. She was aware of our likes and dislikes. She did the shopping each day for the meal, all fresh food. Everything was wonderful and large portions. She asked to provide a breakfast on the day we left to allow us the time to concentrate on the packing and check-out. She made a dozen crepes and a thick passion fruit sauce to roll up in the pancakes. Delicious! and no washing up! We are well travelled in the tropics but this Villa (also known as Saffron Villa) is amongst the best properties we have used, if not the best

No problems at all. We were a couple. Perhaps, for four people an extra couple of seats inside would be useful for rainy days.

Private pool was great. It was close to restaurants and stores. Easy to walk to the beach.

The hosts were fantastic - very accommodating and welcoming. The cottage was superb value for money and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.

It was all great and can't wait to return

Faith was there to meet us. She was very kind and professional. The house was perfect! We enjoyed al fresco dining with a barbecue one night. On the other nights we ate at the various good quality restaurants nearby. We had a great stay- thank you!

Just left 5 nights here today, and it was the most beautiful, amazing vacation spot we could ask for. Privacy, beautiful landscapes, house design, pool was incredible, and the staff were the absolute best. Thank you Faith, and Dario for everything. We will be back for sure. Ohh, we named the monkeys too! Say hi to Panini for us!

The mattresses were thin is the ONLY critical thing we could say.
