OVER ALL IT WAS VERY GOOD NO COMPLAINTS

The area. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Internet access is excellent.

The check in time process needs to be handled better.

The entire place was clean, rooms were spacious and the house had most of the things we wanted.

Quite a lot to be honest,we felt unwelcomed shame to a point that if I was alone I would have cancelled the stay, after we booked the place we received a whatsaap to pay R2000 for any damages that can occur, which I found strange but let's no go there. we were told to email our identify documents After paying we received a loooooooong list or information on what to do in order to get in the house as there was no host,which I missed,when we phoned,the person was irritated and annoyed and was like..if you don't read you won't know because everything you need is there😭 That sounded harsh,okay we got to the place and it was loadshedding ,the place was dark so we had to use our cellphones,I went back to my cellphone to read so that I can find where the lights are..dololo and I told myself I'm not phoning to ask anything.fine we found the lights eventually.in the morning there was loadshedding again so we wanted to go swimming, swimming pool was few blocks away from the house and you need to pass a packing area where there's people and children playing outside as the place is also a residential area,we ended up not going as there was no privacy Sunday morning as we were getting ready to leave, fortunately there was no load shedding but the water was cold and we told ourselves we are not going to ask anything Incase it's also on the list that on your last day you are not allowed to take shower. I loved the place sky high but I would never go back even if it's for free.i have never ever felt like an intruder in a guest house with all the years.

The security is good. Close to shops and restaurants.

There was no patio chairs/ bench for the braai.
