The whole place was dirty, dirty linen, dirty towels, dirty rugs, dirty floors, dirty kitchen. The host doesn't deserve money. I want my full refund as we slept in the car

The apartment is disappointing. Although pretty secure, it is located in a busy residential complex. The ceilings are mouldy. There are no aircons so the advert is misleading. Also, no covered parking is available. A few cupboards in the kitchen are used for the owner's personal storage because they are bolted, and this reduces space in the already small kitchen. The countertop lights don't work either. Also, no rechargeable lights are provided to assist with load-shedding. Regarding the bedrooms, I don't believe the linen was changed because my daughter found a little cockroach crawling on the bed as she lay on it and my wife found hair (probably those of previous guests). The lounge area has two sofas only but both were damp during our stay since previous guests spilled wine on them. When I expressed my disappointment, the owner Bella was unobliging. The apartment is definitely not worth the price.

The place is modern and very homey. The study was a surprise too, just great!

The entire apartment and the entire complex was nice, quiet and safe.

We had a minor issue with the geyser due to loadshedding but other than that everything was fine.

The place is very beautiful and spacious, it's a great place to spend time with friends/ family. I would definitely book the place again.

mould in one of the rooms as well as cleanliness was not there. I enquired from the owner “Good afternoon. I hope that you are well and good. I’m enquiring about the cleaning of the unit as well as changing of linens and toilet paper. Hoping to hear from you. Regards, Dali” response from the owner “Hi Am well, thanks for asking. Trust same with you Housekeeping is Monday to Friday Supplies are weekly. So if yiu have run out of toilet paper, shampoo before weekly replenishment you replace. I checked out without having seen even a shadow of a cleaner there. I stayed in a place that was never cleaned up until I checked even changing towels and linens.

The location is great. Linen is of good quality and clean.

It got really noisy over the weekend. The place could be cleaner. Also we were a family of four and they only gave us one roll of 1 ply toilet paper, for 3 nights. I found that ridiculous.
