Private Pool Villa

The views from Villa were quite scenic and relaxing. It's a very spacious villa fit for 2/3 families. Villa's manager, Alex was a nice person. He allowed us to use washing machine free of charge though it was chargeable. He also extend our check out time on our request. Urqam was a very caring person tried his best to serve us up to his best. The villa is situated deep inside the city. Those who are nature -lover must like staying there.

Nothing. I would recommend travelers to have their personal conveyance for commuting. We used Grab which came to our villa most of the time but few times, they rejected to take us there as the villa is very deep inside in between the mountains.

Wonderful views and a great property. We found this a good base to explore Langkawi.

The villa is big and comfortable, a little worn in places, no longer brand new and therefore rather expensive but still we would recommend it as a great base for a family exploring Langkawi. Be aware that one of the bedrooms upstairs has to access the bathroom by leaving the terrace doors open at night.

The villa was amazing; spectacular views, clean, and everything worked well. Location was good and it helped that Alex gave us details of Luxury Langkawi drivers, who were brilliant and on hand to take us wherever we needed and return us back to the villa safely. The pool table was great, air con worked great in all the rooms and the swimming pool was a perfect size for our family of six.

I would say the TV being outside was a small issue, as my youngest two children would have liked to watch TV indoors in the evening.

Great villa, really spacious and clean too! Great view from the villa; pool was clean and we had a bbq dinner there! Bbq works well and cleaning services could be added on too. Our host Alex was very helpful and accommodating, and we had a wonderful time.

The only thing is the road leading up to the villa could be difficult if you are using a big car at night. It was

I went here on a family vacation. My family was very satisfied and enjoyed our time here. And Alex and staff were friendly. My daughter wanted to stay here for a month. It's a really nice place and I really want to go there again!!

Spacious villa with awesome view!

Went during the season where we met with some pest but well, we are in the nature!

We've just had the most amazing stay at the Aroha Sea View Villa! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking sea views that greet you from the living area and the master bedroom. This 4-bedroom villa is just perfect for a vacation with friends or family; it really feels like a home away from home. The social areas in the villa are fantastic. We had a blast playing pool and enjoyed some great cook-outs with the BBQ equipment. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made cooking for the group so easy and enjoyable. Our stay was comfortable through and through, and the place just had such a relaxing vibe. It's the little things, like sipping coffee overlooking the sea, that made our time here so special.

The second bedroom would benefit greatly from blackout curtains to ensure a restful sleep for those sensitive to the morning light

Is very spacious , peaceful and well maintained property. With all amenities and Alex is a very responsive and helpful owner. My family enjoyed the stay and is suitable for large families. Thank you again Aroha team. 👍

TV not located in the house 🫣.

We were met by the housekeeper who walked us through the house and explained how everything worked! We were made to feel very welcome. The facilities are great, many hours were spent in the swimming pool and playing pool.
