Private Pool Villa

Everything you would need for a group holiday - cooking condiments, BBQ equipment, pool towels, etc. The only suggestion is to add a water filter jug so that it’s easier for guests to access drinking water

The villa is very clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The villa is also very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

very clean and spacious! its a good place for a large family of 7! facilities were complete, private swmming pool, for cooking, washing machine, ice maker, a pool table and even a dish washer (albeit a very slow one!) the owner, alex was bery responsive to any issues u may hv as lives only 10 mins away;

the deposit was too high at RM1500 and checking out at 11am is too early; also the driveway to park is very narrow if u drive a big MPV like an Alphard.

The villa had lovely views and as we were there during LIMA 2023 also excellant views of the air displays. The pool table and small swimming pool were great facilities. Due to the rural setting we saw local monkeys and birds from the balconies.

The villa was on a hillside, up a single track steep road. We found the address was not popular with GRAB drivers, several cancelled on us, however once we found a driver familiar with the area we were able to use his services for the remainder of our stay. The layout of the villa was not ideal for our party which wasn't clear from the details. The two bedrooms downstairs shared a Jack and Jill style bathroom. The fourth bedroom was not attached to the main villa, the patio doors had to be left unlocked to provide access via the balcony. There was a cloakroom toilet available but for washing facilities you had to use either the master bedroom ensuite or the downstairs bathroom via one of those bedrooms. We had to wait a few hours for cleaning and laundry to be completed upon arrival due to the late departure of previous guests. We were then asked for a damage deposit of 1500MYR, not the 300MYR stated on the booking.com details. After talking to Alex directly he accepted the lower amount.

the view , stunning & beatiful , we captured a lot of amazing pics from the huge verandah of the villa with background of the green jungle & sea. villa is also clean. Towels are clean. They also provide pool towels. mr alex & faizal were always responding when there is any issue. All issues solved promptly.

the narrow road going to the villa, the first time going was quite scary. we were all ladies. but mr alex is right. after we got use to it. it was fine. The mattress for both bed in both rooms downstairs were not comfortable. They are not the same as the one in the master bedroom & the other room upstairs. The pool is not crystal clear as we expected. It is also not big enough. If you look at the size of this remarkable huge villa, the size of the pool should be larger.
