Majestic Residence Pool Villa 4 Bedrooms Private Beach

The house is in a great location—quiet, peaceful, and with access to a private beach. However, the condition of the house was very disappointing. Many items were broken, the wallpaper was peeling off, and there were patches of black mold in several areas. The floor was dirty, with leftover crumbs, peanuts, and dust, as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The tables,kitchen counter, sofa and curtains were sticky and grimy. The entire house, including the bedrooms, had a strong smell of food. No amenities such as toilet tissue, shampoo and cleaning towels. On a more positive note, the towels, bedding, and bathrooms were clean. However, the swimming pool was full of debris and insects, and it was difficult to get in touch with the agent.

The location was brilliant, close to the main part of town and heaps of little shops around.

We had numerous problems with the property and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to help us sort it out. The fridge from day 1 was putrid and you couldn’t put anything in it. Multiple attempts at getting it fixed were wasted as the property owner/manager did not respond to messages or calls.

Location is very near the beach and very private pool villa. Have a lot of facilities. High quality of air condition. Clean house and swimming pool. Have no interruptions from outside. Good quality security systems.

Some miscommunication regarding time of check in and had to chase up deposit return! Both quickly fixed.

Nearly loss deposit about 3000 baht. Waiting for many hours.
