Everything was just amazing!

It had a decent size pool Spacious bedrooms, all having own bathrooms

No taxi driver knew the property property stuck quite some distance from Beach and shops with no Footpath not recommended for a young family, who may have buggies Bedding was dirty, and had to be recharged. Also many holes in the sheets.

Small print: Extra electric bill on top are very expensive we booked for two night cost 1000B

We had fruits and waters waiting for us upon the arrival. The location was great for what we needed. Walked to the beach through Amara resort, which is a nice walk and takes 5-7 min. There are a bunch of restaurants and fruit stalls and a gym within walking distance. The hosts were always responsive and fixing what was broken. The villa is big and has space to accommodate 5 adults and 2 children. The pool was nice although the staircase was broken. They fixed it once, and it got wobbly the next day... The cleaning was done every 3 days and we always had enough clean towels for shower and beach which was great! The kitchen is fully equipped and worked well.

For the price you pay for the villa - they could've waved an electric bill. Common, we paid over $5k, and on top of that, the electric bill? And we had to buy toilet paper, soap, shower gels and such...Then they had to swap out 2 out of 4 TVs (1 remained not working just because we didn't need it, so didn't ask to change it). It seems like it is pretty easy to check whether TV worked before the guests' arrival instead of doing it while we were there... There were other little things like that which we had to ask to fix instead of having someone inspect the working condition of everything before checking in guests. I wouldn't even bother to complain, but the price of the villa has to suit what it offers. And the kitchen could use a good cleaning (I even asked to wipe the glass above the stove, but it wasn't done). And the last thing... I was celebrating my birthday there, I let hosts know about it, but the only thing they did was a message "Happy birthday. ".. I feel like customer service could be improved. Something like a fruit basket would work for a birthday 🎂

Swimming pool ledder was loose so we could not use the pool accurate. No soap at toilets and some toilets did´t have toilet paper. Beds was catastroficle, hard like stone.

Nice, clean and spacious Villa, perfect for up to six people. Quiet place and 15 min. walk to the beach.

The villa is located in bangtao beach, family mart is around 10 mins walk from villa, and beach is around 15 mins walk. The utensils provided are good for the big group travel like us. The pool is good fun for the kids, and villa size is also just great for party of 12 like us. There is a Muay Thai Training gym (https://balancephuket.com/) just right opposite to the villa and our groupmates did enjoy the morning training sessions in there.

one of the AC in living room is out of order which is making the living room very hot. The AC in upstairs ensuite bedroom is also found faulty as well. The owner should consider adding more wall socket / extension power cords as the existing wall sockets are not enough for charging our devices. Ventilation in washroom & switch button are not well maintained and could be improved.

Good fixtures with real wood(probably teak?). A Thai style simplistic design for interiors.

Electric bills were a bit high, while, it's an island so it's acceptable. And, to reach the beach, we had to either drive or walk for about 5mins on the little residential paths while other cars are passing.

Size and comfort of the villa is fabulous. From the pool to laundry wash everything was perfect. Khanitha and her staff are warm, friendly and helpful. If you need/want it they’ll get it for you. WiFi was strong in all three bedrooms.

FYI- bring your own soaps/shampoo for bathroom but if you forget the Lotus grocery is a short walk.
