"This is a great facility for a large family or for those who want privacy but it is not a hotel."

The facility was clean and very spacious. The private pool was great. The owner was very helpful. She assisted us in getting transportation to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. She has her own tour company and was able set up a tour for us.

This place is not a hotel so no lobby or valet. So there was no place to store our luggage for a late night departure. This place is more like an Airbnb. Also, the place was so not an easy facility to find. Had several tour companies ask for gps coordinates to locate it.

"it really was a beautiful place to stay and explore our area of Bang Tao"

Beautiful villa with huge rooms and high ceilings. gorgeous garden and pool area. very clean and it was serviced 3 times during our stay too. lovely location. not far from the beach or the bars and restaurants. Also close for exploring the trails into the nearby hillside. Stunning!

The beds were extremely firm but resolved by sleeping on the duvet instead of under it.

Everything was very good short walk about 5-10 minutes to beach and shops. Khanitha the manager was very helpful.

The villa was excellent in all aspects and Khanita the villa owner and her family couldn't have been more kind and helpful, was a pleasure staying here and we will be back-Thanks again for everything Khanita.
