Der Ort ist ein Traum, wie im Paradies. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Und das Essen ist von einer andren Welt. Wir hatten 3 viel zu kurze Tage dort als Familie.

El personal es encantador, en concreto Suarni, un cielo de persona, pero todos nos atendieron siempre con mucha amabilidad y con un buen nivel de inglés. Estaba super limpio, el resort es INCREÍBLE, nuestra villa en concreto una pasada con la piscina privada. El desayuno es de 10, riquísimo, abundante, incluido con el alojamiento. Comimos/cenamos bastantes días y aunque es un poco caro, la calidad era excepcional; puedes tomar verduras y fruta porque la lavan con agua tratada. Nada de Bali Belly. Hemos estado super agusto y aunque tenga precios caros, merece la pena.

La ubicación. Muy muy difícil conseguir un gran/Gojek/taxi por allí. Tampoco hay restaurantes, ni supermercados ni tiendas cerca como para ir andando.

Absolut empfehlenswert – ruhige Oase mit exzellentem Service Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Balidroomvillas – ein wunderschön gelegenes Hotel abseits vom Massentourismus, ideal für alle, die Ruhe, Natur und authentisches Bali suchen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, mit liebevoll gestalteten Details, die sofort zum Wohlfühlen einladen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das sich mit echter Herzlichkeit um alle Anliegen kümmert – der Service war durchweg top. Das Hotel liegt idyllisch inmitten der Natur und bietet gleichzeitig einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stränden und kulturellen Highlights der Region. Wer Ruhe sucht, aber dennoch flexibel unterwegs sein möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – eine echte Empfehlung für Ruhesuchende.

The staff were amazing so nice and helpful. The villa and the complex it is on is beautiful, such a calm and peaceful location. The food the restaurant provides is very high quality. Private villas are well worth the money.

the team was waiting for us, the checkin to our room was very smooth and fast, the villa is vast and the setup really nice. the private pool well maintained as well as the furniture of the villa. the ambiance was very nice and heartwarming

the property is distinguished, the food so great and the team made us feel at home.

The service provide was outstanding at all levels, from breakfast to dinner, including every little request we had. Absolutely wonderful staff

Of course our fault, but we didn't realize the big distance to the airport. Close to 3 hours drive after/before a long flight. Just the only downside

The villa was fabulous with amazing views over rice fields and Mount Agung volcano. The breakfasts are awesome and staff were fantastic.

Beautiful spacious villa, beautiful rooms and swimming pool. The view from the pool is stunning. The property haze large rooms with private bathrooms.

The only thing we didn’t like is the insects in the outside and the rats that used to come up near the swimming pool at night. But you are in nature and near corn fields so expect to see them. We liked very much the breakfast, the welcoming kind staff, delicious dinners and amazing massage. The property helped us to book trips and activities that all were excellent.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent, though the menu is quite limited.

It was very expensive. We planned the trip with three families, but one family couldn't travel due to a critical medical emergency. Unfortunately, the property refused to downgrade the booking. In contrast, for the same trip, we booked with other properties, and they canceled one room after reviewing the medical documents.
