The view from the hotel is stunning, especially from the restaurant and adult part.

We had issue with private pool water but it was solved by the staff as soon as I told them.

The villa was exceptional way beyond our expectations. The staff were very helpful and the adjoining restaurants food and service was very special. The views to Mt Agung were magnificent whilst we were there.

The only thing we didn't like would be the location to probably four mosques in the area. I have no issues with any religion but the magnified continual prayers whilst on holidays was an issue for me especially early mornings.

The breakfasts are exquisite - like works of art and a burst of flavours - just amazing. Views of Mount Agung are out of this world on a clear day. Lunch being brought to our villa each day was an ultimate luxury. The resort is stunning and beautifully kept. Staff are super friendly and attentive.

every single thing we experienced at the Villa was out of this world. Your staff were one of the best things as well. all had a great sense of humor and made our stay even better they should be given a pay rise

the villa and design of the house, all is beautiful.

the area around the villas is not per se suited for tourists. there are two mosks in the area which you’ll hear from morning till evening, you’ll notice them.

everything: the style, cleanness, luxurious, the restaurant is amazing, the pool is incredible the view is fantastic

this area is not a main tourist area which means it makes it difficult to find a good restaurant outside of the hotel by foot

The most beautiful view ever, very spacious villa, staff was amazing, and the area was gorgeous! We loved our stay here!

I am a coffee-snob, and I didn’t like the coffee, it came from a machine….but this is one minor detail compared to the great time we had!
