You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Pool is closed from Mon 18 Nov 2024 until Sun 30 Mar 2025 Baby Pool is closed from Mon 18 Nov 2024 until Sun 30 Mar 2025 Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Mon 18 Nov 2024 until Sun 30 Mar 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that pool heating is available for months April, May and October.

"Perfect for a large group or family holiday."

All the different areas within the property and the fact there were 2 kitchens and 3 living rooms. The outdoor dining space, kitchen and bbq was perfect for eating outdoors. The property was a 10-15 min walk to the beach and 25 mins in Acharavi. The busy roads weren’t too bad to walk on, even with a buggy. The shop located very close to the villa was very handy and the staff were very friendly. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had very quickly. The two cleaning calls we had were great and haven’t had this service before at the villa. The pool was great the hot tub was amazing!

"Great location, facilities - amazing space for large family wanting to be close enough to main beaches on the island."

Amazing facilities which include plenty of parking, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. There is also a BBQ. All rooms have aircon.

Plenty of mosquitos - be sure to have mosquito repellent and plenty of it. Two power outages in area both of which were less than an hour

La ubicación y vista. Al estar en altura, corría casi siempre una brisa muy agradable.

El lavavajillas de la planta de arriba no funcionaba. Pocos utensilios para la barbacoa. La parrilla de la barbacoa estaba sucia.

Excellent villa in a good location. Amazing views of the coast and Albania from the entire property. Helpful staff who reply quickly to any questions. It's in a good location but I would recommend having a car if staying here. It's about a 15-20minute walk into Acharavi, but the road lacks sidewalks. 5/5, definitely would stay here again if coming back to Corfu.

Steep hill to walk up from the main road (if you don't have a car)
