Clean and good

When we still inside property, the swimming pool cleaner got key open our main door. This create uneasy and no privacy of female. They should get our approval first before came inside our Villa. Many thanks

Sauberkeit, hoher europäischer Standard. Große Küche. 2 grosse Bäder . Beleuchteter Privatpool welcher alle 3 Tage unaufgefordert gereinigt wird. Gepflegte Anlage. Bewacht , ruhig und privat . Gastgeber war bei Ankunft anwesend und nett. Ansonsten hat man hier die in meinerm Fall erforderliche Ruhe um mal absolut abzuschalten . Absolute Privatsphäre was ich sehr schätze. Nun , es mag auch mal Partys geben , da diese Poolvillas eher nicht für 1 sondern eher bis zu 3 o. 4 Personen ausgelegt sind, aber das hat man überall mal. Benötigt man Nachtleben ist man dort auch in ein paar Minuten. Ich bin nicht so drauf aus. 7 eleven u.ä um die Ecke. Der Weg zum Strand ist auch nicht weit . Vielleicht 300 m...Ansonsten bietet diese Villa an Ausstattung alles was man im "normalen " Leben auch benötigt. Also alles Top !

"Comfortable villa"

Spacious villa, equipped with everything you may need. You can literally pack two tshirts and the swimming gear and go there for holidays. The outside area is very nice, equipped with fans and with palm trees around the pool. The place is located in a quiet side street, yet just 2 mins from the beach, bars and shops. There is a fabulous restaurant opposite to the villas. Efficient and quiet air conditioning. Staff was very helpful with any technical issues.

The only downside is that some guests use these villas to throw pool parties, playing loud music until 6am. There is no chance you get any sleep on such nights, because villas are equipped with bass heavy speakers. If this issue could somehow be addressed it would be a perfect place to stay.
