I recently stayed at this accommodation, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The place is spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect, with everything you might need just around the corner. The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and the pool is incredibly relaxing. The outdoor area is a real highlight, featuring plenty of lounge chairs, a cozy garden, an outdoor TV, and a great sound system. The illuminated pool adds a special touch in the evenings. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile and given all the necessary information about our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find a few thoughtful treats waiting for us, as well as everything needed for a comfortable daily routine. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

One thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few mosquitoes in the area, especially in the evenings. I’d recommend bringing some insect repellent to make your stay even more comfortable.

Great location, close to beach but far enough away from bars to not be disturbed. Very well equipped, lovely rooms and great service from the staff.

Dishwasher didn't work, but not the end of the world. On 2 nights people next door were very noise to early hours but rest of the stay was peaceful.

Lovely area of pattaya pratamak . Everything you need located close by and the pattaya central just 10 minutes away with traffic . Beautiful villa. Our host Guitar was very accommodating villa is spotless clean with everything you could ask for or need. The two ensuite bathrooms were very big and showers were brilliant.

3 bedrooms . 2 with ensuite . No communal toilet so one member of group had to use bathroom in one of bedrooms to shower ect . Wasn't a massive issue but could be a deal breaker for some
