Less hygiene, cockroaches , wet kitchen 👎. It’s not a villa just an ordinary double storey terrace house. House owner is very kind and helpful.

The location is very near to the beach so can easily go there whenever you want. Swimming pool is quite huge & 4ft deep so ok for adult to swim as well. Got many hangers provided.

The distinct smell of the house even though it’s clean, and this is prolly since it’s vacant most of the time coz it’s a homestay. We had to buy febreeze and sprayed all over to mask the strong smell. Unrelated to the house, but worth to mention. As it’s very near to the beach/park, it comes with a price as those at the public park/beach late at night were blasting extremely loud music like it’s a party. Ironic coz there’s quiet hours from 11pm-7am in the homestay - I assume to respect the neighbourhood, but sadly, those people didn’t even respect them.

The location is really good with direct access to the beach. The villa is big with a nice swimming pool that the kids really liked.

Our only problem was the beds and the pillows. Almost all of the pillows can't be used anymore and must be replaced if you don't want to wake up with a headache or nick pain. In addition, most of the beds are not comfortable with poor mattresses quality.

The property is well located. Just few steps from the beach. The house itself has a good ventilation, balcony in almost all room upstairs. The bedsheets are clean and comfy. Can sleep well most importantly.

Nice and lovely villa! Very near to the beach, walking distance. Wheel chair friendly. Definitely will come again

I dont like when the owner keep reminding me about the swimming pool,what not to do The bbq place try to clean after use ,so stupid i told her we dont use the bbq place because,most of us are vegetarian And check out time,by 12pm exact they wanted you to get out from that stupid villa ,the cleaner start cleaning already even we are still inside I mean we are about to get out anyway,but very annoying
