My Beach Villa

The amenities such as the pool, room with excellent view, netflix, wifi, bbq area. The house is very near the beach, and the beach is clean too.

The house needs more light. The common bathroom upstairs doea not have showers and can only be used for toilet. Need to take shower downstairs or in the toilet in one of the rooms upstairs.

The pool is the best thing about this place. Kids loved it and spent a lot of time in it. We did have to keep a close eye on the younger kids to make sure they didn’t wander off into the pool area by themselves as it is deep for them and not gated. House is right on the beach which is great, but it’s a public beach so it got busy/crowded on the weekend and irresponsible visitors left it dirty. Beach is alright for being so close to PD town. Better beaches further away from PD town. Beds are comfortable, rooms were clean, air conditioning was cold, shower was strong and hot. Kitchen had enough pots/pans etc to do light cooking eg maggi mee, enough plates and forks/spoons (which were a bit rusty). This property is well cared for and maintained.

The lower part of walls around the house and in the bedrooms were damp to the touch and paint bubbling/peeling off, with some slight smell of mold. Not sure where this moisture is coming from but I’m guessing that being right to the sea, the house is exposed to high humidity. It didn’t bother us, just wanted to mention for reference of others who are sensitive to odors.

The corner unit could fit 10 people. The dining tables are outside and suitable for a large group of 10.

The strategic location,condition of the premise and everything provided is just adequate for a wonderful family outing and a must mention the exclusive parking facility..

The 2 queen beds need replacement for better slumber and should provide one more bathroom on top floor in addition to now only one to serve 3 rooms occupancy

Very conveniance, clean and good locations for family gathering will recommend to friends.

1)Should provide extra 'tilam', pillow & blanket. 2)The blanket should provided extra thick instead of thin blanket 3)the room door should be fix instead useing lock panel on the wall when come to heavy raining and strong wind the door will have a loud sound like someone knocking the door. 4)Inside the house to dark should useing warm or white light instead of dim light. 5)Fork and spoon need to change already turn rusty. 6) Sofa not confortable enough not suitable for old folks, sit longer back will get pain. 7) Need to ready extra cable plug. 8) need install fan in living room the one we useing very noisy.
