Luis I

The villa was beautiful, had a homely feel yet still modern enough in style, the beds were big and very comfortable, all appliances are ready for you to go as well as a great sized pool and sunbathing area.

This was my friend and my second visit to the Luis Villas. The location is second to none. The pool and privacy and space are really great.

This villa needs a little attention. The shower in particular is very poor... needs upgrading. We sadly had a few unwanted visitors , cockroachs! I text the owners and they arrived promptly the next morning to sort out the issue. We didn't use the basement floor at all as there were only two of us. That's where they seemed to be coming in. The pool needs a lick of paint and some maintenance. The villa would really benefit from an air con system. I know the heat the weekend we stayed was extreme but the fans didn't really help at all. It would also be beneficial to be able to open the bathroom window.

The photos are totally misleading. No views of anything. Overlooking wasteland where people dumped rubbish daily and dog walkers allowed their dogs to crap everywhere and never picked it up. The villa requires a total refurbishment with all new furniture. Old wooden chairs outside with no cushions. Got splinters on our hands. Worst villa we have ever stayed in.

Great communication with owner, perfect location with an unbelievable price

Villa never got cleaned during stay or fresh towels, toilet roll even though paid a cleaning fee. Toilet was blocked upon arrival causing sewage to come into shower however was VERY quickly to be fixed by the local handyman. WiFi was VERY temperament and stopped working for 2 days.

It was far from the shops needed updating had trouble with the front door back door would lock probably one window upstairs wouldnt lock ,didnt feel safe , not much utensils, had to go buy a masher and wooden spoon ,downstairs lamps had duck tape round and flickered when plugged in so didnt use them

Loved how clean villa was, def the best situated out of them all along the block. Pool cleaned once during our 10 stay and cleaner once too, this suited us. Handy to have a lidls opposite for shopping. Would def stay again.

Having more shade in garden other than one parasol would have been great.

The host Luis had given us clear instructions about accessing the keys to the property. A very simple process. Thanks Luis!

We loved the property! It was exceptionally clean and had all you needed. If the property had air-conditioning it would be A+ especially if travelling with children.
