الفلل كبيرة من ثلاث طوابق مداخلها من جهة الشارع بمواقف للسيارات وجميعها تفتح على الشاطئ من الجهة الأخرى ، الشاطئ نظيف مخصص لجميع فلل انديوم ، كما يوجد بها مسابح داخليه بعضها مطل على الشاطئ وبعضها فيه خصوصية أكثر ،

ارتفاع السعر بعض الشي لا يوجد خدمات قريبة من اسواق ومطاعم وغيره تحتاج المتابعة المستمرة من تجديد أثاث ودهان وغيره عدم توفير انترنت

كمية صراصير صغيرة بالمطبخ👎🏻 هذا الكلام في جولاي 2025 ماأعرف لو تم معالجته الآن المطبخ قديم ومتهالك ويحتاج تجديد
