it was beautiful, situated in a safe and quiet location. the house was exactly what we expected, very clean. i ll definitely visit again.

sure they can provide entry pins valid for the period of our stay.... if its 3days stay, they should be valid for 3days....

We had to reach out to the owner to access the gate other than that, everything went well as he was easily reachable on WhatsApp

Shocked by this property! STILL NO REFUND OF OUR BREAKAGE DEPOSIT AFTER 3 Weeks!! The Property Owner IS THE WORST we have ever dealt with!!!!! DONT TRUST THIS GUY! Rassie keeps your deposit and wont return it coming up with excuses and complete lack of communication! Firstly the lack of comms from manager is below the line and comes off quite rude. We were told when to send certain docs for entry and exit but he never bothered to send us an exit pin so we had to arrange it with our family. Secondly the house. We checked in 15 min prior to our check in time only to find out the house was a mess, previous guests checked out at 1pm. We started unpacking and found the fridge leaking and freezer not working. Deepfreeze (not for guests usage) also didnt work, but the cleaner was nice enough to let us use it. Travelling with kids we were shocked to find the stair ballastrade loose, most of the glass windows in the bedrooms broken (not safe for little hands) and rooms in a state, none of the room doors close and handles drilled into the door frame, roof leaking and full of black mould in the bathrooms. Broken lampshades, holes in walls and curtain and towel rails falling apart. Towels were hard as a rock and some were torn and old. Breakage deposit was paid but there is limited crockery or cutlery. We had to go buy our own as nothing matched and or wasnt enough. For what you pay this place is far below the quality you would expect. House is run down and needs allot of attention. We are still waiting on comms from the property manager regarding our “breakage” deposit. Would not recommend. Photos are from when we entered the property.

The property was exceptionally gorgeous. It exceeded our expectations.

We had issues with the freezer not properly functioning. Our meat almost went off due to the freezer not working properly. The other thing was the pots, they were rather not pleasing to the eye and worn out.

Everything was perfect 👌. My family and I enjoyed our stay..
