The facility was great

Only thing was that there were no heaters downstairs

The house was very clean with beautiful furniture and decor and garden. Home away from home with comfortable beds. 95% of things exceeded our expectation... Places is very safe with tight security .

Unfortunately Wifi was not connecting and only 1 TV upstairs with no sound . It should be better if we have another TV downstairs. They must also check all lights globes especially bedroom because when it's blinking you can't sleep. All bedrooms doors doesn't close unless you lock them .

There is nothing positive to say about the property merely due to the lack of professionalism in refunding my security deposit. The property confirmed that all was in order and that the security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the premises as per policy. It has been close to 2 months and we have not received the refund. Any time they are contacted they state that they have administrative issues and will process the refund the next day. But they never do.

Nice and specious Enough space for all of us with all the bedrooms with their own shower I love that.

The water was cold on the day of departure we don’t know what was wrong. The fridge was leaking water

The house is situated in a beautiful location. Walking around the estate is stunning and the view of the dam is so lovely.

The air conditioners need to have their gas refilled as they barely get cold enough to cool you off. They say you will receive your deposit back with 24hr to 48hrs we checked out on the 2nd of March and I asked multiple times for the deposit and eventually I received it on the 10th of March. The door handles do not go down when trying to open pr close the doors if you want them to stay closed you have to lock them. The house feels like it needs quite a lot of work but the house is beautiful. The scatter door going onto the veranda from the lounge needs work it doesn't slide open.

Felt like home away from home. House is quite spacious, we really enjoyed our stay.

The doors were broken, inoperable, the garage could not be accessed and our vehicles in the sun for 4 days. The owner not very helpful and not available at times. It was really not a good stay.I had also arranged in time for my 4 sons to come and have Christmas lunch with me but they were denied access
