Barossa Valley Springton Cottages

Very quaint, love the Parisian theme. Area was very quiet.

Beautiful setting. Staff were amazingly helpful. The accommodation is beautiful and very well equipped, with gorgeous garden areas. Not too far from neighbouring towns to get meals.

There wasn't a lot of options for meals in the town. The cafe was closed and pub wasn't serving meals - the general store does do take away.

Rustic charm with all creature comforts. The hosts did everything they could to accommodate our requests. There was not a thing we lacked. Great attention to detail making it a home (with a hint of luxury) away from home.

Being Christmas Day, not many options to eat but we expected that.

I sent my son and his partner away for a much needed weekend off. So, I don't have first hand knowledge but they are very much like me. They said there was only one thing wrong with the whole stay at that was it wasn't long enough. They said the property was wonderfully comfortable with everything you could need and the setting was idyllic!

Absolutely nothing!

The location was ideal as it was a central point to other areas close by.

The communication with the host was so was easy. Always there for us.

We loved our experience. There was not a bad thing about Barosa Hills.

the cottage was so well set up, my sister and I were impressed. all comforts catered for, especially the hot bath after my long trip to get to Springton. ( I flew from Portugal) friendly wee village, with pub and general store, very quiet and lovely dark rooms to sleep in. location was perfect for seeing the area during the day, rest and recoup at night. the sense of history was an added bonus- check out the 'family tree'!

the cat. totally irritating. sat mewing constantly at the kitchen window, jumping on the outside table when we were sitting outside using it, darting in the door as we were leaving each time and having to get it out of the cottage. also, the bins in the carport were full and not separated into recycle and rubbish. (this for the attention of owners)
