The Sanctuary

Very spacious and comfortable. A relaxing feel to the whole house. Nice outdoor area, looking out to the Casuarina trees. Two inside sitting area. Very comfortable beds. Owner communicated very well and was very helpful.

Nothing we didn’t like!

The property is lovely and well suited for a quiet family vacation away from the hype and busyness of Noosa. Rod the owner was easy to contact and deal with.

The current cleaning service needs to be replaced with someone who has pride in their work. The front entrance mat was really dangerous and slipped every time someone walked on it so we rolled it up for safety and discovered the large amount of sand on the floor underneath it. We also found sand on the floor in the shower and pen marks on the walls. The kitchen also needs a better clean, some dirty plates in the drawers and the pantry shelves could do with a wipe over. We did inform the manager and he was very apologetic and surprised. None of these things deterred from our stay and it really is an awesome house.

Perfect layout for our family, was so comfortable and cosy and was the perfect location for when you just want to disconnect from the world and just enjoy what mother nature has to offer with the people you love the most xx

That we had to leave :(

Rod communicated well with clear instructions. The place was clean and had all the utilities promised. It was nice having a dryer over the rainy weekend to dry our clothes and towels. Someone left chocolate and bubbly in the fridge. That was a lovely touch. Overall... a very pleasant stay.

It would be nice to have a floor plan to see where all the rooms are situated. I didn't realise there were going to be so many stairs. 🤦‍♀️
