Good location, big property which was clean and tidy when we arrived.

No cleaners over 10 days stay, no sheet changes unless done by ourselves. Pool not checked during stay. The property needs a complete upgrade in decoration and furnishings.

The location was perfect for what we wanted, the pool area was a great size, loads of space with plenty of sunbeds. Great washing machine and dishwasher. The owners were great when we asked any questions or needed something. We liked the key safe so we didn't need to take any keys with us. We had loads of parakeets on the fig trees on a morning which were lovely to see. Overall we had a lovely stay, some of the bad point are just relatively minor but gave us a negative impact on our stay, the villa could be a lovely property just needs some TLC to bring it back up to standard.

Upstairs could do with repainting as kitchen units were sticky and loose and paintwork is tired expecially the bannister and stairs. The wall in the patio area was flaking. Master bedroom door handle was broken and locked so could only open from the outside. Both bathrooms were tired and need a refresh, main bathroom shower head didn't stay on and no ventilation. No bathroom lock, which is not ideal if you to share with a group. Some patio tiles are loose but not dangerous and the outside sink leaked. Loose socket behind the microwave. Needs a new pool net as the pool gets lots of flies.

It has everything we need. The privacy and the anyone of bed for all of us

Villa was lovely and clean 4 bedrooms was great plenty towels etc. Lots of space as there was 7 adults and 1 teenager and 1 baby we all had our space which was great I would highly recommend. Pool was great in fact the whole experience was 100% definitely booking again soon.

Ants in kitchen however once we sprayed the area there was no other in he 7 days so all good.light eak from terrace roof into room (this was due to torrential rain 1 day staff came and was repaired.

The villa was spacious with 4 double bedrooms downstairs and a large lounge with dining room and kitchen upstairs. The terrace and pool area was also very spacious with plenty of seating, sun loungers and a good sized pool, which was heated (February). The pool area was well maintained and we used the pool most days.

The villa itself is in desperate need of maintenance / refurbishment. The kitchen cupboards were falling apart, internal doors were difficult to open/close. The upstairs windows rattled and one window wouldn’t close at all. The dining room and bedroom furniture was looking shabby too. We had to clean the oven and the barbecue before we could used them as they were both dirty and the extractor above the hob was very greasy. We enjoyed our stay as the weather was good and we spent a lot of time outdoors but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.
