Pool,location ,nice comfy bed

Slight bit of maintenance to the kitchen cupboards ,but not a problem

Spacious villa, four bedrooms plus sofa beds in lounge. Pool was large and the outside area was perfect with multiple loungers and chairs as well as outside lighting. Bedrooms and bathrooms were downstairs, living room and kitchen upstairs. En-suite bedroom had own living room which was nice. 5 minute walk to one set of shops, bars and restaurants. El Jameo restaurante is highly recommended. Spar supermarket in same vicinity. The main strip is a 20 minute walk to the start but the walk is pleasant and flat. Taxis are cheap, either via a taxi rank or by flagging one down when they have a green light on the top. We would recommend the Villa and would stay again.

A book with local information would’ve been helpful, for example where to put the bins, nearest taxi rank etc. no English channels on tv but we took a fire stick so no issue. No condiments/washing up things provided, but we left our surplus for the next visitors. Pool maintenance came at 06:00 the day before we left and woke us up whilst doing the pool.

Fabulous location, very peaceful and quiet in the neighbourhood but less than 5 mins walk to start of Los Pocillos strip and you have supermarket, plus shops, bars and restaurants and the beach on your doorstep You can also easily walk to the very busy Puerto del Carmen strip, it took us about 15 mins to get to the start of the main strip, or you can walk the other way to Matagorda,. Villa was rustic and could do with an update in some areas (kitchen drawers need fixing!), but it didn't matter to us as other things far outweighed this e.g. the location, so much space, very clean and very comfy and lovely pool. We loved it and would def stay here again. Lots of towels supplied including beach towels.

Great swimming pool and location to beach, shops, main area. Good amount of rooms / size of Villa.

The Villa is very tired and is in need of updating. When we arrived late in the evening and shops were closed, it would have been nice to have some bottled water. But there was nothing. The shower off the main bedroom has a shower tray that the water heads towards the rest of the bathroom which makes the bathroom have a very wet slippery floor. Blinds are falling apart and there is the odd the fix that was a bit of a bodge. One bin (upstairs) for the whole villa is not great. TV channels are mostly foreign and satellite doesn't work. So if you want English channels, forget it. I just think for the money being asked, it should be in better condition. It's just a very strange layout including 3 fridge freezers!!! One of them being in the main bedrooms lounge. Also the odd cockroach but apparently that's normal for this country.

We were celebrating a birthday and family flew in from different airports / Countries to be together. The villa was just perfect. There are 4 bedrooms, but also a couple of sofa beds, so everyone had their own space. Loads of towels, bed linen, pillows, cushions supplied. The pool was very clean and well maintained during our 2 week stay. The host was very responsive the few times we had to contact her, and any requests were resolved within a couple of hours. Amazing restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beach just a short walk away. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Nothing to dislike - All was perfect

The villa was in a good location very close to the beach shops and restaurants.It had a spacious outdoor area with a large pool.

The villa was spacious but in need of a lot of attention. We had a problem with the pool on the second week of our stay. It turned green and needed lots of maintanance. We couldn't use it for the whole week due to this. Communication with the host was poor they told us it was usable despite the pool maintanance men instructing us not to. We believe it was most likely to have been caused by algae as we had a problem with this on a previous holiday and were not able to use the pool. There were 3 young children in our party who all suffered skin rashes which got better when we stopped using the pool.I appreciate that these things can happen and in these circumstances an offer of alternative accomodation was not an option but we wernt even offered an apology. We had to spend days at the beach and on day passes to hotels. The holiday was to celebrate a family birthday and had been planned for a long time .

All bedrooms as advertised and comfortable. Very clean on arrival with some basics provided (dishwasher and laundry tabs etc). Nice pool space. Good views for sunsets from outside and upstairs communal areas. Plenty of space for storing large luggage items. All towels provided. Short walk to the sea and shop that had all we needed. Lots of good restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Nothing that stands out. Only things.thay would be personal preference, so wouldn't change my rating.

Outside space and pool lovely. Location great. Lots of towels.

The curtains were hanging off in the living space. Kitchen drawers and press broken. And there were three fridges. Paint peeling off bottom of walls. No soap in the bathroom.
