Villa Carmen Lanzarote

The pool being outside the property gate so the kids cant get to it but only 10 second walk away when you do want to use it👍🏻

Need more keys for the main house when people want to go out at night alone for example.

The villa is very spacious and has everything you need for a family holiday. The location is great at Playa Bastian and everything, bars restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance. Pool is lovely.

Having to go to Vitaclass hotel for keys which is a 10 minute walk each way. This is our second stay here and some areas of the villa are starting to look tired and in need of a freshen up. There is also no air con. They need more sun loungers at the property as there are only two.

The Villa was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Lot of space for everyone. I hosted a small retreat for women there and it was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped, we didn't miss anything there.

It's just a little detail, but we missed an iron and an ironing board. And maybe two keys would be useful as one room is outside.

Very spacious villa, beautifully clean and comfortable. The kitchen contained everything you could possibly need for a holiday stay. The villa is in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes from a local supermarket and several restaurants. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and the main centre of Costa Teguise around 15 - 20 mins walk along the beach front.

Nothing, we were perfectly happy with our villa.

The villa was lovely and quiet with lots of space and room. The Wifi was excellent and a smart TV included. The pool was lovely and barely used by other guests. The villa is close to shops but far enough away from the centre to be peaceful.

Some of the windows didn't fit perfectly and could do with being checked or replaced. The pool was cold, which suited us but might not be right for everybody.

Spacious well equipped villa situated in a really nice small complex. Location was in a quiet area away from the centre of Costa Tequise but only a short walk to a selection of bars and restaurants.

The 3rd bedroom was in an annex with no direct access to the main building. An auxiliary heater would have been nice as evenings were a little chilly. Check-in was poor as we were never told that the keys had to be collected from a hotel half a mile away. Our checkout time was never confirmed by the hotel as promised.

The villa was clean and spacious in a lovely quiet well maintained complex. We had a few issues during our 2 week stay and went to the Hotel Vitalclass and on each occasion we were warmly greeted by friendly staff who were more than happy to help. A special thanks to Cristina who went out of her way to help us and provide an excellent level of customer service to make our holiday so much more relaxing and stress free. I would add that Cristina is by far the most helpful and personable individual I have dealt with in many years. Thank you for all your help.

We arrived in the early hours due to flight delays. When we collected the keys from the hotel Vitalclass, we were told it was villa number one and the hotel gave the taxi driver the address and directions. When the taxi dropped us off outside number one, we had great difficulty finding the actual villa, After a couple of hours searching and waking people up and several call to the hotel reception we did eventually find the correct property with the help of a very friendly Spanish neighbour who after talking to the hotel reception a couple of times, worked out It is actually villa number ten we were in, not number one. I would suggest for future customers the address is made clearer and explained that it is villa number 10 in a small complex of 12 villas. If when you arrive you are dropped off at the second gate to the complex which has a sign saying number 7 - 12, you are in the corner property opposite the gate entrance.

The villa is in a great location just up from Playa Bastian, just a short walk from some great bars and restaurants. A little quieter than the centre but only a 20 minute walk gets you t the centre of the resort. The rooms a huge and really comfortable. We will return.
