Location and pool

VERY DISAPPOINTED 1. Hot water was only available for 2 showers per day - 7 people and only hot water for 2 2. ⁠showers were terrible - no water pressure - heads old and rusted 3. ⁠no hot water at kitchen which is so unsanitary 4. ⁠every pool cushion and seat covers were covered in mold - 5. ⁠the edge of cliff completely unsafe -barriers there were spaces with none what was there was rotted through 6. ⁠no suitable safe to store passports money- safe can be picked up and taken - ridiculous 7. ⁠furnishings and furniture in whole villa old and dirty 8. ⁠kitchen supplies old dirty and plastic - just horrible 9. ⁠towels are threadbare and need to be replaced - and we were given no fresh towels for the last 2 days 10. Fridge filthy/ rusted with mouldy food in it All photos were obviously taken many many years ago -

The location was incredible! The pool was so lovely, amazing to be able to have breakfast overlooking the beach and swim in the pool overlooking the ocean. The staff were just the best, very sweet and helpful. It was the perfect place to stay on Nusa Lembogan. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, Thank you for a wonderful stay Villa Waru!

The views are spectacular. Not very often you get to a booking and the pool is bigger than the photos show. Absolutely loved the layout. Was just perfect. Breakfast was so good and nothing nicer than sitting having breaky overlooking the water.

Perfect location and staff were very friendly and attentive. The photos don't do it justice. We were blown away. The view is incredible and ordering food to the villa was really easy. We had massages at the villa and scooters delivered. Easy boat transfers and communication was flawless. It really was perfect!

The location of the villa was excellent and the view was exceptional- straight over the beach and water to the Devils Tears. The pool was also fantastic - so big and kept spotless. The team looking after us were amazing. The correspondence with Moko coordinating all the pick up and ferry transfer arrangements for our group that were all arriving and departing at different times was phenomenal. and then there was Gede - an incredible asset to the property as he looked after everything we needed on site during our stay. Gede is truely a gem and should be valued highly by the villa owner. Nothing was too much trouble from arranging supplies to be waiting for us, arranging scooter rental, fixing things around the villa, arranging massages, arranging transportation, restaurant recommendations .. you name it!

Wth a commanding view across Sandy Bay Beach, the open air kitchen and the overall beach-shack vibes Villa Waru was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay and play around in the pool, lounge around or head down to the beach to watch the sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast overlooking the ocean each morning

There's nothing to dislike about Villa Waru.

Beautiful view.

Could have been cleaner. Some things need attention in terms of maintenance and upgrades. The towels and curtains and outdoor cushions need attention. Swimming pool need to be power washed.

Top spot overlooking Sandy Bay and Devils tear on Nusa Lembongan, definitely one of the nicest areas we went to. Gede and his small service team is super helpful, always friendly and supports you with all you need. They are making a good breakfast in the morning just for the villa guests. Walking distance to nice restaurants and beaches to swim. Pool overlooking the waves in sandy bay, you dońt need much more.

It´s time for renovation, the house needs some refurbishing, new paint in all rooms. Some of the installations in the bath room are close to fall of the wall. The spot and location is so nice, but definitely some maintenance is needed in the main house to justify price and increase comfortability.

Stunning location. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Nicely appointed rooms. Staff and management went out of their way to organise a chef and cake for birthday celebration. They also organised our scooter hire and transfer to and from the island with hotel and airport pickup/drop off.
