The owner of the accoms put a lot of thought into the decor and interior design of the villa. Facilities were quite comprehensive, there's even a TV in the bathroom with bathtub, location was great

Staff managing the accoms were not the nicest people. Not sure what sort of nasty customers they encountered before that made them so particular about noise and cleanliness of the place. As tourists looking to enjoy a nice vacation, the constant reminders in the form of long ass messages, on top of written warnings pasted around the villa to keep our volume down plus clean up after ourselves got really annoying. Noise I can still understand, especially if it's a big villa that might often be booked by large groups of people. But to even charge extra fees for leaving behind bulky items, and making us put all remotes back to their original location is micro-managing to the extreme? Pretty sure the price includes post-check out cleaning, so not sure if there's really a need to kill our holiday moods with the constant nagging

Many facilities for many people 10 minutes drive to Kawaguchigo Lake

House was. Good

Limitation. Of time to shower .it was not 5 minutes for 1 person. HIDDEN CHARGES OF CLEANING WAS SHOKING. You are suppose to tell about cleaning charges .

Traditional house, 3 large bedrooms with more than enough beds to house multiple people in a very quiet and relaxed neighbourhood. Though this also meant being quiet after 10PM, which wasn’t an issue as we were there to wake up early. Not far from a supermarket, 7/11, a great burger joint and so forth. Not far from Kawaguchiko station and a bit further is the lake. Just great all around.

We couldn’t find any hand towel for the kitchen sink when washing our hands there but this is really nitpicking. Otherwise superb stay.

New, big and clean

For big group of family staying in the property, one bath room may not be enough.
