Big house with many beds available. Every room has its own AC, lots of cutlery, dishes and cups available to use at the property. Toilets are both available upstairs and downstairs. Location wise it's rather centrally located, 7-11 available within 5min walk. Carpark was sufficiently large with a convenient roof. Would recommend to others, especially for those travelling with multiple people.

Everything was great, if I were to be picky then the stairway's width was a bit small, perhaps for elderlies and rather tall companions it may be a little bit of an inconvenience.

First of all the view. You can see 99% of Fuji out of your window! Just this thing makes the trip worth it. But there are planty more reasons to choose this place: 1. The staff is very helpful, the communication is very frequent and clear. 2. The place is CLEAN. Each room was nice, shiny with good smell and freshly made beds. After a tiring hiking it is a very good place to rest. 3. Beutiful house. I would be happy to live in a house like this. 4. Very close to evrything. 10 minutes walk to the best breakfast place (owned by the same company). 15~20 minutes from the train station. 30 minutes from the ropeway. 5. Extraordinary bathroom (TV inside bathroom, 2 sinks, very beutifu).

Only 1 thing. I don't know if the Hungarian translation is the problem or the original description, but it was said that there will be 5 normal bedrooms. However there was only 3 bedrooms + 1 tatami room. We solved it, but I think the description should be modified.
