The fact that my family and friends could all stay together and the outside and having your own pool is great !! The staff are very attentive and friendly !

Have stayed at this property twice now with my family/friends in 2019 and 2025 the inside is now a little tired and needs modernising and refreshing but it’s extremely functional and let’s face it we were only sleeping bbqing and chilling in so it was great and the price is affordable !! The property for a weeks stay is not cleaned but fresh towels are available !!

Clean, easy walking distance of the centre. Air con was fab. Internet access worked well. Elena was really helpful and a great asset to the Cabot chain. Loads of space, garden well kept, pool was clean

BBQ area was in bits and dirty There was a slight musty smell in the kitchen but these are minor points and didn’t detract from the whole experience

I would like to say we had an amazing family holiday. The staff and Cabot itself really looked after us I will highly recommend it again Peta went above and beyond.

The kitchen needed more utensils and the Villa could do with some modernisation. But other than that good location about 19 min walk to all the shops and the beach.

Location was good close to Beach and restaurants

Cabinets had an awfull smell, so we didnt put our close in them. Table tennis was in bad shape. The House was outdated And the kitchen needed an Update on knifes A little to expencive for the shape the House was in, We have stayed in more beautifull houses that was cheaper.

Too near main road. Mozzies. Could have provided basics eg washing up liquid .. cloths , dishwasher tablets, washing powder

Very spacious villa in a good location.

Villa is a little dated, and the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped …would benefit from some decent knives, couple of tea towels and more utensils etc.
